I was involved in providing financing for the borrower of one of Joe Miranda’s listings and more often than not, once the contract is signed it is difficult to reach the listing agent, not so with Joe Miranda, very responsive and professional. If you are looking at real estate in the Hollywood, FL area, do not hesitate to work with Joe Miranda. I live on the other coast, yet I had to deal with a relative’s estate that included the sale of the house. Joe understood my plight. He happily helped me take care of tasks that are not really the realtor’s responsibility. He referred terrific people to do repairs and help me with the lawn. He arranged for someone to be present at the house for the furniture pickup. This was above and beyond. During a complicated sale, Joe was always communicative, and kept me informed. He was never too busy to talk with me, returned calls and texts promptly, and always encouraged me to “have faith” that everything would work out. And, of course, it did. Thanks so much, Joe. He was very thorough and immediate when it came to finding a potential house for my family and me. It is very easy to contact him and he is sure to respond in a prompt manner. Once we found a house that was available, he was very detailed on guiding me through the process of finalizing the transaction. Joe was very attentive, responsive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use him again. I had a short sale and he was excellent in this transaction and recommendations of other firms necessary to complete the sale. His promptness in forwarding and completing all required paperwork helped to make the process move along quickly and correctly.

I was looking for a long time to find a vacant lot to build my new house. The search was really difficult because all the lots in the area were more than I could afford. Hands down he’s the best! I had listed my house with other agents and nothing. No showings and no offers. But within a week of listing with Joe the showings began! Within six months of listing my house with Joseph Miranda I had accepted an offer, closed and am relocated in my new home!

I had one of the most ridiculous house buying experiences in the world, and Joe was always there to help. He’ll go that extra mile, he’ll do what needs to be done, at the end of the day, the guy really cares and that’s always appreciated. When I FINALLY got my keys… Finally, he took me to get a new lock and changed it for me. He LITERALLY handed me “My” keys.
Great guy, he really cares, I’ll be contacting him for any real-estate needs I ever have.
